On the 1st and 2nd of this month, the Drone Association Thailand visited Suankularb Wittayalai Rangsit School to conduct a Drone Programming training under the Drone Skill Thailand project. The main objective of this initiative is to transfer drone technology knowledge to the younger generation. To develop international-level drone skills and prepare for global competitions. Especially for students who are interested in robotics and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
The President of the Drone Association Thailand personally came to share his knowledge, talk with the students, and offer inspiration in a friendly and approachable manner. It was a valuable opportunity for students to meet and learn directly from a true expert in the field.
This training focused on hands-on learning, attracting strong interest from members of the school's Robot Club, who participated enthusiastically. The main activities included:
🚁 1. Drone Basic Flight
Students learned about the basic structure of drones, various types, introductory usage, and aviation safety regulations in Thailand. They also had hands-on flight practice in a controlled and safe area under close supervision by experts.

👨💻 2. Drone Programming
This topic greatly excited the students, as they learned to write code to control drones using programming platforms such as DroneBlocks, Python, or Blockly. The activity aimed to enhance their coding skills and promote computational thinking.

⚽ 3. Drone Soccer
The Drone Soccer activity is an innovative sport that combines drone control skills with fun and teamwork. Students had a great time piloting special drones, enhancing their control abilities, coordination, and strategic thinking.

👏 Event Atmosphere
Throughout the day, the atmosphere was filled with joy and warmth — laughter from flight practice mixed with focused concentration during drone programming. The students showed great enthusiasm for learning and continuously asked insightful questions to deepen their understanding.
