Thai youth won 2nd runner-up in the Strategy Award category at the Drone Odyssey 2025 competition.

Thailand Drone Association and Drone Academy Thailand Led the Thai youth athletes and coaches to win the 2nd runner-up “Strategy Award” at the Drone Odyssey Challenge 2025 in Singapore. 

Thailand sent talented youth representatives skilled in drone technology and coding to participate in the international Drone Odyssey Challenge 2025, held from July 22–24, 2025, at The Annexe, Science Centre Singapore, in Singapore. This year’s competition was held on a grand scale, with over 300 participants from 73 teams. from various countries

The competition details are as follows:

🚁 Drone Obstacle Challenge
Participants are required to use programming skills. , and mathematics , planning and teamwork To program the drone to fly autonomously, capable of avoiding obstacles, taking photos, herding objects, and scanning QR codes within a specified time.

This year, the Thai representative team was able to win the award.

🥉 2nd Runner-up in the Strategy Award category
It is a prestigious award presented to the team that demonstrated strategic drone mission planning, creativity, and effective teamwork.

 🏆 The Strategy Award is presented to teams that demonstrate intelligent and effective strategic planning in executing missions. The Thai national team earned the 2nd runner-up position with pride and honor amid intense competition from representatives across the globe.

This achievement reflects the potential of Thai youth in applying engineering, technology, and programming skills to solve real-world problems, as well as their ability to compete with honor on the international stage.
